Could not fault it. I asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what I got - it was lovely and I got a very restful night's sleep.
Complimentary high speed broadband and roomy desk to work on. Staff efficient and friendly without being overpowering. Ate at Japanese restuarant within hotel - I can highly recommend. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Right next to Liverpool Street Station.

Check in took us over half an hour, check out was only slightly less efficient, and be warned that if you leave your luggage with the concierge after check out they have 5 locations where they might store it, but as they do not note which one they use for you it will probably take an age for them to find it. Rooms were very nice and if you had a cat you would have no problems swinging it! Beware of the a la carte breakfast, you would be better off at the train station next door!!!
